Half Day tour to Sir Samuel Baker Fort in Patiko-Gulu district 
A visit to Baker’s fort located in Patiko sub-county 32 km north of Gulu town. It was founded by Sir Samuel Baker, an English explorer who was sent by the queen of England to quell down slave trade carried out by the Arabs slave traders in the Far East . The fort was taken over by baker from the Arabs in the year 1872 and till now the site still remains a memorable & valuable site for the people of Patiko and Uganda at large. This is followed by a visit to the famous lacor hospital, where most of the LRA victims were treated with help of the catholic missionaries who fully fund this hospital. A visit to the IDP camp sites is key in this trip as it carries lots of memories of the dark days and atrocities suffered by these innocent people.
